The holiday season is scarily close to being upon us, which means that the big games are indeed coming. This September sees a strong hint of that with the likes of Arkane’s latest time-looping hit, alongside the rampant return of a certain blue hedgehog. The truth is, in fact, that a whole lot is going on amidst all console platforms. This means that it doesn’t matter whether you play primarily on PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo Switch – there’s bound to be something releasing for you.

And if that wasn’t enough, we’ll also include the lowest available pre-order price for each game. It’s never been easier to save money on the games you’re most looking forward to. Let’s take a look…

Sonic Colours Ultimate (September 7th)

Originally released exclusively on the Wii back in 2010, Sonic Colours was an underrated gem of a platformer that understood better than most how to make Sega’s mascot fun. That’s why it’s exciting to see this remaster version, known as Sonic Colours Ultimate, release on most major platforms this September 7th. Now a new generation of Sonic fans can undertake this vibrant adventure, overcoming dangerous obstacles and enemies to save the race of Wisps.

Tales of Arise launches on most consoles this September 10th, continuing Bandai Namco’s winning streak after the rampant critical acclaim it had with Scarlet Nexus earlier this year.
