PlayStation 5 consoles are on sale at PlayStation Direct

Sony is currently offering £50 off the PlayStation 5 slim consoles, with the Physical version down to £429.99 and the Digital version just £339.99.

These are good prices for the standalone PS5 consoles, not quite the cheapest they've ever been but still a good chunk of money taken off - likely due to the upcoming release of the PS5 pro model in November.

As well as the standalone consoles being discounted, you can also save £50 on their respective bundles that come with an extra DualSense controller.

These bundles are £50 more than the consoles are by themselves, so you're essentially getting the console at RRP with a free controller thrown in.

It's not been confirmed yet if this £50 discount is a PlayStation Direct-exclusive one, but if offers on the PS5 consoles and their bundles do start popping up at other retailers we'll let you know right away here on GamingDeals.
