During the State of Play on October 3rd 2024, PlayStation revealed the new Chroma Pearl, Chroma Indigo, and Chroma Teal versions of the DualSense Wireless controller and matching console covers for the PlayStation 5 Slim consoles.
These new controllers and covers shine, shimmer, and shift colours as you look at them from different angles and move them into different lighting conditions, and look to really stand out in a different way to the current PlayStation console covers you can get.
The Chroma DualSense wireless controllers will be available for a RRP of £69.99/$79.99. The Chroma PS5 console covers for PlayStation 5 slim consoles will be available for a RRP of £54.99/$64.99.
Pre-orders for the new controllers and console covers are all live now on PlayStation Direct, but the different colours will release at different dates:
There are also pre-orders available for the controllers available on Amazon, and hopefully they will be available to pre-order at other retailers in the future.
