Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members can now claim a free 30-day Disney+ trial

Wednesdays are usually hump days. Anyone with a full-time job knows this. Luckily, the fine folks over at Marvel are looking to do something about it with the launch of its brand-new series, Loki. Anyone with a Disney+ membership has likely already gobbled down this liquid television gold, but now so can anyone that subscribes to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Similar to a previous promotion Microsoft were running last year, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate players can now redeem a 30-day free trial for Disney’s premiere streaming service. You just have to be clever and activate the trial before September 30^th when the offer ends, and you’ll be sitting down and watching the god of mischief’s first spin-off series in no time. It even gets better, too, as Game Pass members who took advantage of the offer last year can also make the most of this one. There are seemingly no real barriers to entry.

This is just one of the many perks Xbox Game Pass Ultimate offers outside of its core gaming eco-system, as already subscribers are able to enjoy such benefits as digital discounts, access to EA Play and another free trial for Spotify Premium. This particular Disney+ promotion, however, has been timed to coincide with the launch of Marvel’s Loki. The show debuted in the UK today and has already received rave reviews.

One thing to bear in mind is that if you were to redeem the promotion now, it would only enable to watch the first four episodes of Loki as it covers a 30-day period. And as there are a total of 6 episodes in total for the series, savvy-minded Game Pass Ultimate members may wish to wait a couple weeks, or risk being starved of the season’s final two episodes. Alternatively, if you’re not really fussed about Loki, there are lots of other Marvel and Star Wars shows worth checking out.
